You can order through the website for both general customers and registered customers.

For registered, you will be convenient to order without having to fill in a new shipping address every time you order. You can also check your order history, check order status and can access the payment notification in the member menu.

After selecting the products to the shopping cart, it will take you to the Check Out page. On this page you can choose a shipping method, payment method and fill out a discount coupon (if any).

When the payment is completed, if you pay by bank transfer please confirm the payment by sending proof of payment in the payment notification menu or click here.

Customers can order via Facebook Chat and Email by informing the following details

  • Detailed delivery address

After receiving order information, we will contact back to the original channel to inform the shipping method and payment amount. By ordering through this channel, payments can only be made by transferring money via bank.

When the payment is completed, please confirm your payment by sending proof of payment for verification before shipping.

Orders we receive during weekend or public holiday will begin processing on Monday or the next business day.

Domestic delivery will take approximately 1-2 business days to process (excluding weekend and holiday). International delivery will take approximately 3-5 business days to process (excluding weekend and holiday).

Domestic orders, we ship all orders that are billed and shipped within Thailand. The shipping cost will be shown on the order list page.

International orders, our shipments cover 9 Asian countries: Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.
